Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree, with a technology or business emphasis, or equivalent.
• Professional certifications in Project Management are preferred.
• 7-8 years of proven experience in software project management.
• Proven success as a leader, independently managing complex initiatives.
• Excelled in wider stakeholder management.
• Critical thinking to analyze complex situations and independently determine the appropriate course of action.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end software development life cycle and adherence to industry best practices in successfully delivering projects with urgency.
• Strong skills and experience in issue resolution, with the ability to influence team members and other stakeholders, and the ability to conduct difficult negotiations.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently driving towards excellence.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Project Management tools to track metrics Showcase a high level of attention to detail and collaboration with the stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in Agile execution of large projects.
• Previous experience handling foreign clients directly.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Understand the project requirements clearly and ensure that the team is equipped with the required level of clarity use communication and leadership skills to establish a common understanding of project timelines, milestones, and expectations on delivery across internal and external teams.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan using project management software and execute all stages of the implementation using Agile methodologies.
• Detailed project tracking, monitoring progress & report the progress leading to project closure.
• Effectively manage the project RAID proactively and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate as needed with third-party providers, and effectively manage client expectations.
• Own the project revenue and profit margins and take proactive measures accordingly.
• Contribute to uplifting delivery rigor across the organization.
• Contribution towards pre-sales engagements & provide insights to strategic management.
• Foster a culture of innovation & excellence within the organization.
• Ensure project metrics are monitored throughout the project cycle.
• Manage, drive, facilitate & coach the project teams toward success and mentor the Junior Project Managers.
