Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability in the air freight sales division.
2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, airlines, and logistics partners.
3. Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share in the air freight sector.
4. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with major accounts to ensure competitive positioning.
5. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies proactively.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all air freight operations.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless and efficient service to clients.
9. Track sales metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present performance insights to senior management.
10. Implement innovative solutions to optimize operational processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in air freight sales or logistics, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the logistics industry.
4. In-depth knowledge of air freight operations, industry regulations, and market trends.
5. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
