Position:  Tech Lead UX

JOB ROLE

Requirements: 

• • 5-7 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of creating impactful and user-centric designs.
  • Extensive experience in client discovery, prototyping, and iterative design processes.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD and Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and designing user interfaces.
  • Proven ability to integrate design seamlessly with engineering teams to create exceptional user experiences.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen ability to advocate for the user throughout the design process.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive design solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address user pain points and design challenges.
  • Experience with usability testing and interpreting results to improve designs.

Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design:

  • Lead the design process for creating user-centric designs that drive impactful experiences across digital platforms.
  • Conduct client discovery sessions to gather and understand user needs, business goals, and project requirements.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and interactions through tools like Adobe XD and Figma.
  • Create intuitive and engaging user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives.

• Collaboration & Team Leadership:

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions within technical constraints.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Lead design reviews and workshops, actively involving cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Facilitate the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and quality execution of design solutions.

• Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform design improvements and identify opportunities for enhancing user engagement.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavior to continuously refine and optimize design solutions.

• Prototyping & Design Iteration:

  • Build interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively to stakeholders.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and evolving project requirements.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.

• Client & Stakeholder Communication:

  • Effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and vision to stakeholders, product owners, and clients.
  • Provide clear explanations of design decisions and their alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Ensure designs are presented with a compelling narrative that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Design Process & Documentation:

  • Define and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all projects.
  • Document and share design processes, user flows, and design decisions for future reference and continuity.
  • Establish and promote best practices for UX design within the team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality output.
