Position: Lead Software Engineer

 JOB ROLE

Requirements:

• 6+ years relevant technical work experience, at least 3+ developing and implementing Conversational AI.
  
  
• Experience with Conversational AI projects and KoreAI, Intent identification and LLM development along with Business View is an added advantage
  
  
• Telecom or CRM related experience & services or other related industry experience is a plus.
  
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar languages.
  
  
• Develop and optimize natural language processing (NLP) and understanding (NLU) models to enhance the accuracy and context of user interactions.
  
  
• Implement and improve dialogue management systems to create seamless and contextually relevant conversations.
  
  
• Integrate conversational AI solutions with external systems, APIs, and databases to retrieve and update information as needed.
  
  
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of conversational AI applications to ensure functionality and performance meet or exceed requirements.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
  
  
• Solid knowledge of dialogue management, intent recognition, and entity extraction.
  
  
• Experience integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
