PROCUREMENT OFFICER

This position stands as a pivotal force within our company, dedicated to streamlining operations by overseeing and optimizing the company's procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the company's distribution and inventory system while optimizing inventory control procedures.
  • Manage communication with suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate storage of supplier data, contacts, and contracts in the system.
  • Manage and maintain standard operational procedures for the contracting and system loading functions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent working knowledge of English and Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in tourism.
  • Qualifications in Marketing from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification in the same field would be an added advantage
  • A Male candidate is preferred
