WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Effectively and timely deliver required market related information to the commercial team from various sources which include the customized retail audit , trade related research studies conducted by the company and other external information sources.
  • Manage existing primary and secondary market information sources.
  • Gain insight into key consumption habits and macro-trends of the market and report to the company's leadership team for timely decision making.
  • Support the Sales Operation Manager with pricing and volume scenario workstreams and other required inputs (Distributor, trader and campaign related) on FMC or other categories for better decision making.
  • Provide support to the commercial planning team on monthly BPC (Business planning and consolidation) and APO (Advanced planning optimizer) uploads.
  • Monitoring local campaigns conducted and supporting business on deriving at campaign performance and effectiveness which includes trade / retail related campaigns, touchpoint effectiveness and other ad-hoc campaign related workstreams.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 3-5 years experience in Marketing and/or similar discipline in FMCG environment
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, deriving meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
  • Thorough knowledge in market research techniques to support business insights requirements
  • Excellent understanding of market and shopper dynamics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
