Act as the unit head of Talent Management unit at HR Department
Lead the design and execution of talent management strategies including talent development aligned with the organization's objectives.
Responsible for the talent management and succession planning activities of the organization and ensuring that the top talent is recognized and appropriate retention measures, including additional development opportunities are in place for them.

REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in HR , business Management or a relatd field. An MBA will be considered a strong assest
A minimum of 8 year of experience in Human Resources within reputable organizations with at least 3 years in managerial or AM capacity
