Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of the beverage industry more specifically of tea and coffee extracts.
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical or commercial development roles in tea/coffee extracts
- 3+ years experience in international business development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Should be proficient in PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Analyse this data to identify business opportunities and structure the product range catering to various needs.
- Product Range Structuring
Create and execute a thorough plan to launch new product lines suited to various markets, such as retail and food service. Work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure that they are in line with business goals and customer expectations
- Commercial Strategy Development
By analysing competitive activities and market trends, propose a commercial plan that targets target markets and clients, both on retail and food service, concentrating on both Asian and non-Asian locations. Outside of Mane scope, lead the business development to grow the business with new customers.
- Customer Engagement and relationship building
Along with the sales team, proactively engage with important clients to highlight the company's capabilities, gain insight into their changing demands and provide with technical support when needed. Establish enduring, solid bonds with important stakeholders to promote cooperation and raise consumer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
To guarantee that business development initiatives are executed and aligned, work well with internal teams in sales, marketing, product development, and operations. Contribute significantly to marketing plans and communication plans to raise awareness on Ethical Extracts.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
Track and monitor Key performance indicators for business development initiatives, such as performance of the product range, client engagement, and sales pipeline. Provide senior management with regular reports and insights to evaluate progress and pinpoint areas in need of improvement.
- Presentation Skills
Prepare professional and visually appealing presentations. Effectively communicate marketing strategies and campaign results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Client Pitching
Collaborate with the sales team to create persuasive pitches for clients. Present marketing proposals and strategies to potential clients with confidence and clarity.
