Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• More than 5-10 years of experience in React Native.
• Working experience with any other mobile technologies will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional oral & written communication skills.
• Prior experience leading a mobile team.
• Working experience with foreign clients directly.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Possess a strong understanding of native mobile app development for Android and iOS.
• Have familiarity with other cross-platform app development frameworks, such as Flutter.
• Define the overall structure of applications to ensure they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.
• Ensure that mobile applications adhere to security best practices and industry standards.
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Have exposure to integrating cloud services with platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understand backend architecture, including service interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs, database systems, and their integration with mobile apps.
• Be knowledgeable about software architectures involving Microservices, Kubernetes, and serverless integrations.
• Act as a leader in the technologies used in projects and provide mentorship to both your team and others.
• Demonstrate proven experience in a similar role.
