Position Overview

The Finance Intern will support various financial functions within our organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about financial management in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the finance team in analyzing financial performance and identifying trends.

  • Help in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Assist in organizing and filing financial documents and reports.

  • Contribute to the review and improvement of financial processes and controls.

  • Work closely with the finance team to support daily operations and financial activities.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on financial strategy and planning.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with financial software is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Works well in a team environment.
