Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business challenges
• Experience in budget management and maximizing ROI on marketing investments
• Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and the ability to leverage insights to drive decisions
• Strong network within the marketing community and industry

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Analyze how the business is positioned in the market and crystallize consumer insights
• Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and market strategies
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess them against goals
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with the product strategy
• Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics
• Control the marketing budget/spend within the company-defined budget
• Analyze potential strategic partnerships for brand marketing and commercial delivery
• Lead and develop the marketing team, and provide a suitable succession planning strategy
