Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years in network support within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar environment.
• Must possess a CCNP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with multiple network vendors (Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper).
• ITIL certification is highly regarded.
• Linux/Unix experience is desirable.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Providing 3rd level network support in complex infrastructure environments.
• In-depth problem analysis, resolution, and performance optimization of network infrastructure.
• Managing and configuring networking technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
• Working within the ITIL framework for service management.
• May include involvement in design and implementation of network solutions.
