Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma holder of Computer Science or related disciplines

• 3+ years of experience in technical Support

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with external customers and internal organization

Job Description

• Provide technical support for internal and external parties, responsible for customer enquiries and resolve technical problems.

• Contributes to the creation of support knowledge base by developing and communicating application support manuals, technical notes and articles to clients in line with SLAs.

• Maintains positive customer/working relationships with stakeholders, and business users to resolve any issues related to maintenance.

• Identifies resolutions to technical problems and direct unresolved issues to the right direction as necessary.

• Database knowledge (MySQL and Mongo)

• Experience in Linux environments

• 1+ years experience in software development

• Java programming knowledge would be an additional advantage

• AWS knowledge would be an additional advantage
