Tasks and Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the dynamic field of freight forwarding and logistics
• Formulate and implement strategic plans to expand the company's clientele and bolster revenue streams
• Build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective clients through effective market research and networking efforts

• Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and tailored to the target audience
• Lead the planning and execution of diverse marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives, participation in trade shows, and industry events
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure flawless service execution and elevate customer satisfaction
• Collaborate across functional teams to align business development and marketing endeavors with the broader company objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in transportation and logistics, or a related field
• Proven track record of a minimum of 5 years in roles encompassing business development and marketing within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• In-depth understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and the intricacies of the industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing successful marketing strategies
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
