Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing employees grievances and disciplinary procedures
  • Exceptional communication, listening and counselling skills
  • Strong legal backgrounds and expertise in labor laws
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships between employers and employees.
  • Utilize proactive strategies to uplift individuals spirits and encourage team synergy.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues with tact and empathy.
  • Demonstrate a robust understanding of labor laws, ensuring compliance in all employee- related matters
