Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Bridge management and employee relations, addressing concerns effectively.
- Manage recruitment and selection to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems to enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement competitive remuneration strategies.
- Assess and monitor training programs to enhance employee development.
- Provide decision support through HR metrics and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Lead and support the HR team in daily operations and strategic projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a recognized HR qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
