Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Bridge management and employee relations, addressing concerns effectively.
• Manage recruitment and selection to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems to enhance productivity.
• Develop and implement competitive remuneration strategies.
• Assess and monitor training programs to enhance employee development.
• Provide decision support through HR metrics and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Lead and support the HR team in daily operations and strategic projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a recognized HR qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
