Executive IT

Job Responsibilities

1. IT Support & Maintenance

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT assets.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT security protocols.
• Ensure IT systems operate smoothly with minimal downtime.

2. ERP & Software Assistance

• Support ERP system users with troubleshooting, and basic configurations.
• Coordinate with the IT Manager to ensure proper software integration across departments.
• Assist in training employees on IT systems and software applications.

3. Network & Cybersecurity Support

• Monitor and maintain the companys PABX, network and internet connectivity.
• Implement basic cybersecurity measures, including antivirus updates and firewall monitoring.
• Ensure regular data backups and support disaster recovery processes.

4. IT Asset Management

• Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software licenses.
• Coordinate IT equipment procurement, setup, and disposal.
• Ensure timely updates and patches for all systems.

Requirements

Education: Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in IT support or related roles.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with CCTV, PABX and networking.

• Experience with ERP (SAP B1, IFS, or similar).

• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
