Accounts Support - Solutions Engineering - Enterprise Technology Opportunity in Telecommunications

The duration : 11 months


Job Purpose

Seeking a candidate to seamless onboarding and efficiently activation of customers. This involves data entry tasks, modifications for existing customer base collaborating with other departments, and ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed accurately and effectively

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and review customer applications and supportive documents.
  • Accurately  enter customer details and relevant attributes into the system
  • Ensure all required information is obtained and updated in CRM system as per given guidelines.
  • Issue work orders to provisioning team via relevant workflows.
  • Creating functional location for SAP system
  • Maintain and provide activation related reports on monthly basis.
  • Maintain the defined SLA
  • Review the modification requests and Processing all modifications in system .
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the requirement.
  • Ensure all the activation functions are done accurately.
  • Rectifying discrepancies and errors if any and ensure to correct the systems
  • Support to handle special projects delivery to respective sector to achieve their SLAs

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • GCE A/L
  • Minimum 01 years Experience in a similar capacity
  • Should be an outgoing , pleasant personality
  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
