About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and generate leads for our IT products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and offer suitable IT products and solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT sector.
Strong understanding of IT products (software, hardware, SaaS, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise IT products.
Knowledge of the local/regional market and business environment.
