Treasurer Assistant

Employment - (1-Year Fixed Term Contract)


About the Role:

We are seeking a Treasurer Assistant to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role provides exposure to treasury operations, financial reporting, and bank transactions while ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management:
  • Residual value reporting
  • Bank mandate document compilation
  • Treasury-related BOI reporting activities
  • Export Proceeds Monitoring System maintenance
  • Bank account & balance confirmation
  • Physical letter management
• Treasury Operations:
  • Setting up daily transactions for forwards, bank transfers, and SAP reports
  • Compiling financial data from various sources
  • Assisting in forex exposure calculations
  • Month-end financial reporting
  • Executing bank platform transactions

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Management, or equivalent
• Part qualification in CA, CIMA (UK), ACCA (UK), ISMM, or CIPS is an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to adapt quickly and uphold honesty and integrity in financial operations
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Project management skills and proficiency in MS Office & SAP
