WE ARE HIRING : Executive ERP Specialist (Solutions Engineer)

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Implementation (Technical Focus)

• Lead and contribute to ERP technical implementations by providing tailored solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new ERP capabilities while offering technical guidance to the team.

ERP Solution Engineering

• Customize and configure ERP software to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness of workflows.

ERP System Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain ERP systems for optimal performance and reliability.
• Address technical issues, apply updates, manage feature implementations, and ensure data integrity.

ERP System Enhancement

• Identify and implement ERP improvements in line with evolving business needs and technology trends.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.

ERP Integrations

• Manage ERP integrations with other systems/software to enable seamless data flow.
• Oversee and maintain APIs and middleware solutions.

Quality Assurance

• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and errors.

Documentation & Training

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ERP configurations and integrations.
• Provide training and support to optimize ERP system usage.

Innovation

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to deliver innovative ERP solutions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Undertake other duties as assigned by management in line with the role.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in ERP systems implementation, operation, and maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on ERP ecosystem experience (implementation, operations, support).
• Experience in ERP real-time integration support, preferably in textile/process manufacturing (advantage).
• Proficiency in ERP system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Programming knowledge (e.g., Java for scripting and data manipulation).
• Experience in designing and implementing API-based integrations (RESTful, SOAP).
• Strong understanding of API development, middleware, and web services.

ERP Expertise

• Solid knowledge of ERP planning, design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ERP ecosystems, integrations, and troubleshooting.

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
