WE ARE HIRING: Senior Data Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS, and SSAS.
• Develop data models and create Power BI visualizations to meet business needs.
• Ensure high performance, quality, and consistency across all data processes.
• Work across both legacy codebases and modern data solutions.
• Use Git for version control and contribute to a mature, evolving code base.
• Apply VB.NET and/or C# as needed to support existing systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems using tools like DataDog.
• Communicate effectively with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Promote shared documentation practices and continuous process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and data engineering environments. Proficiency in T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and DataDog (or similar tools) for monitoring.
• Experience working with VB.NET and/or C#.
• Demonstrated ability to manage or mentor small technical teams.
• ·Strong analytical mindset with sound judgement and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to work across both technical and business teams.
