Role Overview

The Executive – Client Experience will handle day-to-day customer interactions across digital channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support. The role focuses on client communication, issue resolution, feedback handling, and service quality, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Communication

Respond to customer inquiries via CRM systems, live chat, and email.

Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining service standards.

Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to internal procedures.

Meet defined response and resolution timelines (SLAs).

Feedback & Service Improvement

Capture customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Identify common issues and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience.

Support a client-first service culture across all interactions.

Data Management & Team Support

Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.

Support daily operational tasks assigned by the team lead or supervisor.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidate Profile

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong communication skills across chat, email, and internal tools.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Comfortable working with Google Sheets and MS Office.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume environments.

High attention to detail, patience, and adaptability.

Willingness to learn new systems and improve continuously.

Looking for a fresher or undergraduate.

Availability required on Saturday and Sunday; if not available on either day, the candidate will not be considered.

Must be online at all times during UK hours (1:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.).

No transportation provided, but an allowance will be given.

Strong communication skills (written and oral) are essential.

Should be able to confidently cater to Colombo schools and international schools.

Communication must be confident with good vocabulary.

Preferably a young candidate with a good mathematics background, as they will face a math test during the interview process.
