• Familiarity with the IT verticals mentioned above is a plus.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Vertical Focus

Drive business development across the following verticals

• IT Support, Network & Infrastructure: Offering comprehensive IT support, programming, and network solutions.
• Solutions Development: Providing customized website and application development, and cloud solutions.
• Resource Augmentation and Outsourcing: Supplementing teams with skilled professionals for temporary or project-specific roles.
• IT Operations & Hardware/Software Services: Delivering remote and onsite IT operations support, hardware repairs, and software installations.
• IT Service Delivery: Managing IT help desk support and digital services with our in-house Service Delivery team.

Software Development Capabilities

• Leverage and expand our current software development offerings, including .NET and website development. The candidate should be open to exploring additional languages and technologies as needed.

Team Building

• Establish and lead a new presales and post-sales team to support business development efforts. The individual should have the capability to recruit and train new team members.

Strategic Partnerships

• Develop and manage relationships with key solution partners to enhance our service offerings. A detailed list of current partners is attached for reference.
