Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Management from a recognized institute.
  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office package will be a definite advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organize with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.


Responsibilities

  • Draft & type letters, memos, etc. & attend to filing & general correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, and meetings and record minutes of the meetings.
  • Prepare routine administration reports.
  • Prepare Monthly Sales Summaries & Reports.
  • Arrange, monitor, distribute and reconcile the division's accounts and petty cash.
  • Check claim forms of the sales team to verify the accuracy of reimbursements.
  • Monitor, and record details of staff visits to customers/sites and integrate to the monthly reports.
  • Provide back office support by coordinating with customers, related product divisions/person
