Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business Management.
• 5+ years of work experience in the IT field (either as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, or Quality Assurance engineer).
• Experience and exposure to Agile (Scrum) will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of databases and system integrations.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to work with offshore stakeholders in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather requirements using suitable techniques.
• Drive discussions with the product team on customer problems and brainstorm solutions.
• Document the requirements in detail in the form of:
• Product requirement documents
• User stories
• Technical documentation
• Collaborate with the development and QA team on new feature development, tracking bugs and fixes, and scheduling rollouts and deployments.
• Validate bugs, analyze the impact, and prioritize bugs accordingly.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for new features.
• Participate in and support the following product development processes:
• Product requirement documents
• Epics, Features & User Stories
• Technical Documentation
• Participate in customer onboarding and customer support.
