Requirements:

• Experience in Infrastructure or Operations support.
• Proficient with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools like Solarwinds and Kaseya.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA N+).
• Desirable experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, FortiGate).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Rapid response to incoming major incidents and alerts.
• Infrastructure management within SLA, including backups, monitoring, and triage.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support, and manage critical incidents.
• Work autonomously on tasks with a strong emphasis on problem resolution.
• Triage and manage networking outages, escalating to vendors as needed.
