WE ARE HIRING: Payroll Executive

Location: Katunayake
Work Type: Full-time | On-site
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Preferred Residential Areas: Wattala, Kandana, Ja-Ela, Seeduwa, Katunayake, Negombo

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll including calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and statutory deductions to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure accurate EPF/ETF submissions and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Maintain attendance and leave records to support accurate payroll processing.
• Update and maintain confidential employee payroll records in the payroll system with a high level of accuracy.
• Generate and distribute pay slips, prepare payroll-related reports, and assist in audits and reconciliations.
• Respond to employee payroll-related queries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to process staffing changes, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or Business Administration.
• 13 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar function.
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with payroll or HRIS software.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of Sri Lankan payroll processes and statutory requirements.
