RESPONSIBILITIES:
Principal Accountabilities Visioning:

Formulate and drive best practice HR strategies aligned with the Banks strategic objectives.

Oversee and align department resources and initiatives with desired organizational outcomes.
Advisory and Consultancy:
-
Advise management on HR strategies to support institutional goals.
-
Act as the chief HR advisor and contact point across departments.
Network & Alliances:
-
Build strategic partnerships with HR experts, consultants, and institutions.
-
Strengthen collaboration between HR and key departments for successful HR implementation.
Issues Identification & Resolution:
-
Develop innovative HR solutions to address organization-wide challenges.
Generic Accountabilities:
-
Implement risk management practices within the department.
-
Enhance reporting systems and data management for operational efficiency.
Capability Development:
-
Align departmental goals with corporate vision through clear communication.
Capacity Management & Corporate Initiatives:
-
Strategically allocate resources for service standards and corporate process implementation.
-
Actively lead or advise on key corporate projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (minimum 3 years) in HR Management, Human Capital, or Psychology from a UGC-recognized institution.

AND/OR Postgraduate Degree in HR Management from a recognized institution.

Professional HR qualifications (considered an added advantage).
Experience:
-
Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years in a senior HR management role.

Preferred experience in HR Transformation, Change Management, or Organizational Development.

Strong preference for candidates who have served as Chief HR Officers in reputed organizations with 500+ employees.
Preferred Skills:
-
Expertise in Organizational Restructuring and Transformation.
-
Strategic leadership and thinking.
-
Experience in work process analysis, job evaluation, HR data analytics, competency mapping, and psychometric testing.

Strong communication, interpersonal, industrial relations, and adaptability skills.

High numerical literacy.

Age: Not more than 55 years as of 27.05.2025.

Remuneration: Negotiable.
