Role overview:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals. This role involves overseeing content planning and execution and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the companys marketing objectives.
  • Lead and manage the social media, ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations.
  • Oversee the creation and publication of high-quality, platform-specific content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., design, marketing, and sales) to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
  • Engage with the community to foster positive brand relationships and manage crisis situations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
