Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spoken & Written).
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- A good team player with a proactive outlook and ability to drive towards excellence.
- Experience with multiple countries in the QA process will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- To maintain quality levels within the specified client AQL Level.
- To be up to date with all respective clients' manuals, protocols & standards.
- To maintain client requirements for sample approvals, pattern corrections, and review factory QA standards.
- To review with the QA Team and verify PP meetings, Size runs, pilot runs, and inline, final inspections for clients as specified by the corporate office.
- To plan all factory visits effectively & in a cost-efficient manner.
- To work with all teams, especially with the merchandising teams, to meet company objectives & goals.
- To ensure on-time shipment delivery and maintain quality standards in shipments.
- To coordinate and supervise the QA team and the Garment Technicians.
- To manage Pakistan operations for the home textile business, including Sample procedure and inspection process.
