Junior developer (Automation Anywhere)

WE ARE HIRING: Junior Developer Automation Anywhere

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.

• Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into automation workflows.

• Execute, monitor, and maintain bots to ensure performance and stability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in a timely manner.

• Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for future reference.

• Support process improvement initiatives within banking operations such as reconciliations and billing systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere.

• Automation Anywhere Certified Developer (mandatory).

• Exposure to banking projects including reconciliations, billing, or similar financial processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, VBScript, or JavaScript) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
