Key Responsibilities
01. Conversion Rate Optimisation (Adobe Target)
- Hypothesis Generation: Develop and prioritise data-informed hypotheses for A/B and multivariate tests
- to enhance conversion rates across Nissans website and digital touchpoints.
- Design, implement, and analyse tests using Adobe Target, ensuring robust methodologies to validate
- hypotheses and optimise user experiences.
- Lead personalisation strategies, such as sticky banners and dynamic content, targeting specific customer
- segments (e.g., non-members or high-engagement users).
- Collaborate with UX designers and developers to iterate on web designs based on test results, aligning
- with hypothesis outcomes.
- Define tracking requirements within Adobe Target to ensure accurate data capture for CRO tests, with
- foundational support from Adobe Launch for tag management.
- Oversee CRO performance reporting, quantifying optimisation impacts and presenting findings to
- stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
02. Analytics (Adobe Analytics - Nice to Have)
- Leverage Adobe Analytics to extract insights that inform CRO strategies, identifying key user behaviours and potential conversion blockers.
- Support advanced segment creation and calculated metrics to enhance optimisation efforts.
- Integrate Adobe Analytics with Adobe Target to enrich personalisation initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to validate test outcomes and support data integrity across CRO initiatives.
03. Tracking Framework Management (Adobe Launch - Nice to Have)
- Support the implementation of tracking frameworks using Adobe Launch to deploy and maintain tags for Adobe Target, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across CRO initiatives.
- Assist in configuring data layers and event-based rules in Adobe Launch to support CRO testing and performance tracking.
- Optimise tag management processes to align with Nissans digital ecosystem and data privacyregulations.
04.Leadership and General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX, and development, to align CRO strategies with Nissans business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Adobe Target, providing strategic and technical guidance on CRO best practices.
- Drive the hypothesis generation and insight development processes, ensuring rigorous methodologies and alignment with business outcomes.
- Present data-driven stories that bridge technical insights with commercial implications, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping Nissans digital optimisation roadmap.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and Adobe product advancements to champion innovation in Nissans digital ecosystem.
Qualifications
01. Experience:
- 5-7+ years in CRO or digital optimisation, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target.
- Proven leadership in designing hypothesis-driven CRO strategies, executing A/B and multivariate tests, and delivering actionable insights.
- Experience in the automotive industry or with enterprise-level clients (preferred).
02. Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Target and foundational knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and JSON for data layer implementation and tracking setup.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other tag management systems is a plus.
03. Soft Skills:
- Analytical mindset with a talent for generating hypotheses and translating insights into action.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate data-driven strategies to stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
04. Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Adobe Qualified: Adobe Target Business Practitioner or Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK credential (preferred).
