Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Mostly WFH can be arranged)

About the Role:

The Print Designer will create original and trend-driven print designs for apparel, home textiles, or other product categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, exceptional technical skills, and a passion for creating unique and marketable designs that align with our clients vision.

Job Accountabilities:

• Create original textile prints, patterns, and repeats using both hand-drawn and digital techniques
• Develop trend-inspired collections that align with seasonal themes and market demands
• Conduct research on current and upcoming trends in colors, patterns, and materials
• Stay updated with advancements in printing techniques and technologies
• Work closely with the design team to ensure designs meet product requirements
• Present concepts and final designs to clients
• Prepare detailed artwork and specifications for production
• Ensure all designs are print-ready and follow required technical guidelines
• Collaborate with printers and manufacturers to ensure design quality and consistency throughout production

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience as a textile designer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
• Strong understanding of textile printing techniques (screen, digital, rotary, etc.)
• Excellent eye for color, composition, and detail
• Ability to interpret trends into commercially viable designs
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with CAD software or 3D textile design tools is a plus
