We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic eCommerce marketplace team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth vendor operations management and order fulfillment. You will serve as the bridge between vendors and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence and fostering strong vendor relationships. The role is expected to drive the marketplace merchant operations for development of the acquired merchants to perform within SLAs and adhere to the defined marketplace processes. This role will be responsible for the number of live non- brand merchants on the platform and their engagement level in terms of campaign and offer participation as well as the compliance level to processing orders on a timely manner. Shipping out high quality products which aligns with the correct spec and description displayed in the platform is another crucial requirement

Main Responsibilities

  • Vendor Onboarding:
    • Once the Brand and Merchant partnership team secures and acquire a merchant  to facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, including contract management, product listing, and platform training.
    • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and standards.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day vendor operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory management, and issue resolution.
    • Monitor vendor performance using KPIs like fulfillment rates, return rates, and product quality scores.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
    • Build strong relationships to improve vendor satisfaction and engagement.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify inefficiencies in vendor operations and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with the tech, analytics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless vendor and customer experiences.
    • Provide feedback on platform enhancements based on vendor needs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze vendor performance data to generate actionable insights.
    • Prepare periodic reports for management and recommend strategies for vendor growth
