  • Refine CVs, contribute to hiring processes, and enhance operational systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7-10 years experience in operations or similar roles, ideally in growth-stage companies.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and office software.

  • Strong communication and team management skills.

  • Bachelors degree is desirable but not mandatory.
