Manager Sales is responsible for attracting investors, offering them investment advice, and maximizing wealth

creation of them. He / She should guide the sales team and ensure targets are met as planned.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities

• Operations

 Advise current and potential investors on investment opportunities and options.  Introduce new investors and expand the portfolio.  Engage in trading.  Document, communicate and report transactions.

• Financial 

Generate revenue to meet and exceed budget.  Ensure recoveries on time.  Manage expenses within approved budget.

• Customer 

Build and maintain strong relationships, collaborate with clients to assess their investment needs and preferences and provide best investment opportunities. § Keep up to date on market dynamics to advise clients effectively. § Build trust through transparent and fair dealings. § Arrange funds for investors in liaison with the Treasury

• Training Development 

Continuous professional development on equity markets. § Keep abreast of regulatory requirements governing equity markets. § Conduct training and knowledge sharing for Investment Advisors and other staff.
