Assistant manager Pest control Opportunity in Manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Pest Control Specialist with a background in agriculture and expertise in pest management and fumigation activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in research related to pest control, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pest control and fumigation activities following safety and industry standards.
• Conduct research to identify and implement effective pest control strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to clients regarding pest management practices.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on pest control operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and customer care practices.
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and promoting pest control services.
• Contribute to marketing efforts to enhance service visibility and customer outreach.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (BSc Agriculture) or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in pest control and fumigation activities.
• Research experience in pest management methodologies.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and strong computer literacy.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Business development and marketing abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
