Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience working on teams with Agile & Lean methodologies
• Expert experience in Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai, or equivalent
• Experience building and managing E2E and functional test suites
• Great communication skills: an ability to find a common voice with all team members
• Has excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Should be able to see a problem from different angles and come up with efficient, creative, and cost-effective solutions

Responsibilities

• Work with different teams and the leadership to define QA processes, ownership, and expectations
• Build and execute test plans for each engineering team
• Develop a deep understanding of the user experience to lead the team in building and testing products that delight customers
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, helping teams deliver continuously and predictably
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Mentor team members, elevate their technical, communication, and leadership skills, and provide coaching on QA best practices
• Collaborate with the Product team to define and provide business-critical path testing
