Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in global hiring and managing dual teams (local and global).
- Strong understanding of Sri Lankan employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize global HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and HR databases across all locations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Oversee the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent globally.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture seamlessly.
- Manage and develop employee training and development initiatives to support career growth and skill enhancement.
- Develop and implement a robust performance management system with regular appraisals and feedback.
- Partner with managers to set and track performance goals and objectives.
- Address performance issues proactively, providing coaching and support.
- Promote a culture of recognition and continuous improvement.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and employee relations issues.
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the People and Culture team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership characteristics and commitment to the organization's values.
- Mentor and guide team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
