 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and stock levels.
  • Organize and oversee the administrative functions of the office, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business transactions, including financial, inventory, and personnel data.
    • Prepare and manage documentation related to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements through meticulous documentation and record-keeping.
      • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
      • Implement and maintain effective office procedures and systems to streamline administrative processes.
      • Coordinate with various departments to ensure cohesive and integrated operational activities.
        • Compile and analyze operational data to prepare regular reports on business performance and operational metrics.
        • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other documentation for management meetings and external stakeholders.
        • Conduct periodic audits and evaluations to ensure accuracy and compliance in operational processes.
          • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements.
          • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, managing inquiries and correspondence.
          • Coordinate and support company events, meetings, and activities to ensure smooth execution.
            • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
            • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
            • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.


            Qualifications:

            Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

            Experience:

            • 1 to 2 years of experience in business administration, operations management, or a related administrative role.
            • Proven experience in managing documentation, record-keeping, and administrative processes.
              • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
              • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
              • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
              • Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
              • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
              • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
