Requirements:

• Hold a Masters degree (MBA) in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Possess professional certification in project management or renewable energy, enhancing qualifications.

• Accumulate a minimum of 12 years of experience in the energy sector, with a substantial 10 years in leadership roles.

• Demonstrate a proven track record in successfully developing and managing large-scale renewable energy projects.

• Exhibit extensive expertise in electrical power project development and management.

• Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills crucial for effective collaboration and leadership.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and business plan to drive growth and sustainability in the renewable energy sector.

• Lead the organization in identifying, evaluating, and developing renewable energy projects, focusing on both solar and other renewable sources.

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations to build and maintain a robust project pipeline.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of renewable energy projects, ensuring successful execution from conception to operation.

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving organizational goals.

• Identify potential project sites and conduct thorough feasibility assessments to determine viability.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and community groups, to obtain necessary approvals and support.

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry players such as financiers, developers, and technology providers to facilitate project success.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards in all project activities.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.

• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Act as a representative of the company at industry conferences, public forums, and with the media to promote the company's mission and achievements.
