Job role:

• Manage and lead a team of paraplanners, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
• Develop and oversee the creation and review of complex financial plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with regulatory standards.
• Continuously enhance paraplanning processes, workflows, and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality of output.
  
• Conduct training sessions, provide ongoing coaching, and support skill development initiatives within the team. 

• Collaborate with advisors and clients when necessary, clarifying plan details and addressing inquiries or concerns. 
• Perform quality checks on financial plans, ensuring they meet company standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
•  Minimum 6-8 years of experience in paraplanning, with demonstrable leadership skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven expertise in people management. 
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning software and tools (X Plan, Midwinter, Adviser Logic) Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance in the financial services industry. 
• Skilled in drafting clear and concise SOA, ROA, and CSA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
