Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) opportunity in Software Development and Marketing industry

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in Computer Science or any equivalent qualification
• 2+ years industry experience
• A sound knowledge of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, concurrent programming, and cryptography
• Ability to critically review a system requirement and model the system
• 1+ years of experience using python for production systems or 2+ years of experience using any other language in product systems
• 1+ years of experience with ReactJs, AngularJs or VueJs
• Working knowledge on different database systems and their implications. Experience with non-conventional databases systems is a plus.
• Experience in working across the stack.
• Good understanding of the fundamentals of REST API design and related concepts including authorization, and API security.
• Ability to debug unfamiliar codebases and provide high-level code reviews
• Hands on experience in working with AWS and either Gcloud or Azure
• Experience in Devops and a working knowledge of Docker
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Any experience with Django/Django-rest is a plus
• Any hands on experience in Web3 related technologies is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

• Digesting complex tasks and implementing accurately
• Taking correct decisions in regards to implementation when necessary
• Designing accurate, efficient and scalable solutions based on the requirements
• Carrying out sprints and ensuring that the sprint goals are achieved
• Reviewing the work of subordinates and providing constructive feedback
• Prioritizing backlog and making sure the delivery expectations are met
• Work independently and actively contribute towards delivery of highest quality software
• Helping with interviews and hiring process of new team members
