RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales forecast
• To get inquiries from customers and need to contact suppliers to negotiate prices and get the correct specifications
• Then finalize the prices with the suppliers as well as customers with the support of the Accountant
• Responsible for receiving, checking, and signing the PO from the customer and uploading the order to the system
• hand over the order to the international sourcing department with the expected order delivery date; list of suppliers, prices of the parts, and the confirmed specifications
• Responsible to recover the debt of export customers and take necessary action
• Responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of international tradeshows with the host country business partner or independently as needed
• Actively participate in product pricing process coordination with the accounts department
• Responsible for assisting in identifying potential global markets to determine the demands for the products
• Responsible for assisting in driving the individual business partners' marketing and sales plans, installed base utilization, and all associate's materials and programs
• Coordinating and assisting in fulfilling business partners' requests and requirements including quarterly forecast reports, marketing plans and reports, and other business requirements
• Gathering data on competitors and analyzing prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution
• Collecting and analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits
• Identifying, developing, and evaluating marketing strategy
• Monitoring industry statistics and following trends in trade literature
• Evaluating the financial aspects of product development with a Marketing plan and forecast
• Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure profitability of products
• Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows
• Give a proper budget related to international marketing
• Motivate the people on the departmental objectives
• Assist with the HR annual event calendar & achieve the set KPIs
• Any other duties that may be assigned n by the management from time to time

REQUIREMENT

• 10 years experience in relevant field
• Expertise in International Marketing 
• Knowledge of MS Office Package
• BSc Degree in Engineering in a reputed university or institute or HND/NDT qualification
• Professional qualification in Marketing in a reputed institute
• Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills, Presentation skills, Communication Skills
