Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely and high- quality service to users, as well as collecting, analyzing, and understanding user needs and preferences. This includes but is not limited to:
- Handling user inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback to understand user needs.
- Planning and executing events and activities to enhance user engagement (and satisfaction) Managing and maintaining relationships with users, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- collaborating with other teams to enhance the service satisfaction
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Good oral and written English
- Strong data mindset and analytical skill
- Independent, proactive, self-motivating, resilient & accountable
- Excellent learning motivation, ability, communication, and presentation skills.
- Customer centric and innovation driven mindset
- Excellent knowledge in online customer engagement and growth methodology
- Proficient at professional documentation, analytics tools, project management
- Able to work on rotate shifting schedule to support 24/7 operation - (Not Necessary)
