Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full operations of the building/store
• Coach, lead and focus your team to deliver a first class experience and service and Lead by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver outstanding service and unforgettable experiences.
• Manage financial budget and overall expenses
• Maintain Health and Safety compliance, audits and reports Building Maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both Customer and staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Train, motivate, and mentor staff to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
