Job Title : Account Executive (Industry : Optometry)

• Location : Colombo, Sri Lanka

• Work Type : Onsite

• Work Hours : 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

• Working Days : Monday to Friday

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Position would be responsible for taking care of below activities
• Maintain booking records in compliance with the company internal controls
• Control all general ledger accounting functions leading to accurate closure of FS
• Ensure accurate data entry in the accounting system as per the company chart of accounts, in compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Maintain CAPAX report and Fixed asset schedules to reconcile the GL and tax authorities
• Experience of Audit and coordinate with Auditor for Audit
• Coordinating with Bank for updating of signatory, Bank Bond, DD etc. for running the operation smoothly
• Review and coordinate for provision for expenses for month end closing.
• Resolve Bank reconciliation outstanding point by coordinating with SSC and internal department
• Ensure proper booking of vendor Invoices along with working /checking and inter- company reconciliation
• Ensure foreign remittance requirement of A1 and A2 as per local banking law
• Review of vendor balance at month end and clearance of open items
• Coordinating with SSC for Custom Creation Request, SRM, PO tracking
• Control owner and performance of various iPACE controls
• Other miscellaneous excel required as per internal department request
