Assistant Manager (Sales Trainer)

• Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
• Working Days: Mon-Fri

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing/Business Management or full professional qualification in CIM/SLIM.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Management and training preferably in Life Insurance sector.
• Excellent training skills in English is a must.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
• Computer literacy, especially MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design & delivery of comprehensive training solutions based on the identified training needs using the inputs from the Management.
• Handle the entire Induction program.
• Act as a performance coach for developing specific skills, knowledge and attitude gaps with the feedback received from the Sales Management team.
• Implement the new and existing training plan by getting the support from other training resources of the Academy.
• Support the team to do business presentations when requested by Sales Managers.
