Senior Loan Processor

Responsibilities:

Review each loan file to verify that the documents are present, accurate, and complete before underwriting.
Calculate clients borrowing capacity and serviceability of the loan.
Audit documents and provide loan submission notes and broker enquiries.
Manage loan process through mortgage software system.
Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met.
Audit and prepare quality files that meet closing objectives.
Obtain mortgage loan documentation from clients.
Follow-up the status of the submitted loan applications with the bank.
Negotiating Interest rates and ordering valuations.
Work on the re-works obtained for submitted application.

Requirements:

Australian mortgage experience 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent would be an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian Mortgage Loan Processing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office packages.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal instruction.

This vacancy is for the Australian Region.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process. They will gather and process all loan documentation and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms.
